| Founded in 2002, Cool & Start Aviation is composed of
a team of highly experienced personnel led by the CEO and founder Andrea
Rojas. Andrea brought along the experience of successfully administering
repair management, and spare part support companies which actively lead the
industry with multiple government and privately awarded contracts. Cool &
Start Aviation’s personnel consist of engineers and A&P licensed
technicians who continually work to sharpen their skills through education,
training and quarterly meetings to upkeep preventive and corrective actions. |

| Cool & Start Aviation presently holds an FAA 145 Repair
Station certificate No. C79R584Y for limited accessories. In addition, Cool
& Start is certified by The European Aviation Safety Agencies No.
EASA.145.6111. To ensure quality control, Cool & Start is a proud member
of ISO, Certificate No. 504715577 from QMS Global for ISO 9001:2008 compliance.
The company also performs safety guidance functions under a certified Antidrug
and alcohol misuse prevention program. In addition, Cool & Start Aviation
is also registered with the SBA as a Minority Women Owned business enterprise. |

| Cool & Start Aviation’s facility is a privately owned
20,000 sq/ft. building with the necessary security and working conditions
to ensure personnel safety and ideal storage for inventory and customer property.
The high flow test cell is fully equipped to accommodate new and old generation
pneumatic components. Custom made touch screen software applications synchronize
to a state of the art data acquisition box in order to accommodate manufacturer
specifications. This form of testing eliminates human error and all parameters
are digitally recorded by the second for real time availability for customers. |
